ToolsForNumbers is a collection of free calculators for the numbers people deal with every day: mortgage and loan payments, take-home pay, savings growth, percentages, dates, ages, tips and grades.

What we aim for

• Accurate: every calculator uses standard, published formulas, and tax figures come straight from the IRS and Social Security Administration. See how we calculate.
• Clear: each page explains the formula and shows a worked example, so you can check the answer yourself.
• Private: calculations run in your browser. The numbers you enter aren't sent to us or stored on a server.
• Free: no sign-up, no paywalls. The site is supported by ads and, on some pages, clearly labelled partner offers.
